Started the job in October, January it’s still not finished, actually it’s worse, I use to have a doorbell, now I have nothing, I’ve taken time off work and waited for Alan who repeatedly hasn’t turned up. It’s cash only, no invoice and no receipt, so completely unaccountable.

Sylvester arranged and managed the refitting of my kitchen - plastering, plumbing, cabinets, tiling. Even Replacing joists and floorboards (I had a wood worm problem). We could not be happier with the result and Sylvesters accommodating attitude towards much unexpected/unplanned work all carried out within quoted timeframe. Could not rate him higher! As an electrician he refitted a few of our lights and provided a valid certificate for all work done. Very professional and tidy.

We had a change of plan and decided to have our en suite shower cubicle ripped out and replaced (it was old and leaking). Lee made several suggestions as to style and colour which have worked really well. It looks really great. We were very satisfied with the qualiry of his workmanship, timekeeping and reliability. We will definately use him again hopefully for the bathroom refit originally planned. When visiting three local plumbing/tiling retailers, they all knew Lee and spoke well of him.
