Steve has the experience and equipment to deal with my electrical installation.House updated from old fuse box. He worked through a fault condition and I was billed as per estimate. I shall have some extra work at a later time.

BTS building is a lovely father and Son operation. They are hard working and keep you updated with plans, progress and working times etc. The quality of the build is very good and they are happy to offer ideas for slight changes to improve the usability of the space.

Easy to arrange the initial visit even on a weekend. Arrived early but apologised. Instantly quoted for the job with different options and explained each of them very well. Was able to carry out the repair job there and then and even tidy up some loose/redundant cables too. Would definitely use again if anything else crops up in the future.

Despite having worked on very large projects Melvin was willing to undertake a small job like ours. He was very quick to give us a visit for a quote and willing to get the job done within a reasonable time. Very clean and tidy work. Also a very pleasant and polite man.
