I have been in the electrical industry for around 10 years. I have always wanted to be an electrician so this is definitely more of a passion than just a job to me. I hired Omar to do a full re-wire of my house and he was brilliant start to finish. He answered all my questions in detail, was thorough in making sure everything had been thought out and was very accomodating with my timeline delays. He was always prompt and occasionally stayed late to ensure things were finished on time. I found him to be really genuine, friendly and trustworthy. I was equally comfortable leaving him alone in the house or being there alone with him (as a young woman). A joy to work with.

He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We found Alwin to be a true professional, we were worried about who to use after hearing horror stories about plumbers. Alwin however put our mind at risk very quickly, and even though the job became a lot larger then initially expected he managed to finish within our timescales. Since then we have had a couple of minor issues with the bathroom, however Alwin has come over to repair them immediately which I have found very impressive. I would certainly recommend AA plumbing in the future.

We required an upgraded central heating system and decided to rewire and add some new electrical points at the same time. Tony assessed the work, and demonstrated that we didn’t need a full rewire, so his honesty saved us spending money we didn’t need to. He carried out the rest of the job working around our homeworking and disability requirements without disruption. Really pleased with everything.
