We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.

The job was good, he did extra work for us, but what let it down was that he didn't register the work with the Building Regulations and the Council. And had to ask and chase up so many times for the Part P Certificate and I still didn't receive it from him. He is very good for doing electrical jobs , but don't expect him to register it with council.

Since 2003, I have had a passion for two different sectors of work. The majority of my workload has been within aviation; the other in property maintenance. This has given me the best of both worlds; my passion for flying and getting my hands dirty. However, in February ‘19 I was made redundant from my aviation job which has allowed me to take on my trade full-time. Friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Tidied up after finishing works, including making good some plasterwork. Reasonable cost and even offered to drop the charge as reduced the number of lights to fit. Would highly recommend to all.
