Mark was quick to make initial contact and arranging to visit to view the work required after submitting the job on rated people. He is knowledgable and able to provide guidance on the best approach to take. His work was of an excellent quality and carried out in a clean, professional and timely manner. We intend to use Mark again to make further updates to our heating and electrical system and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring work on their heating or electrical systems.

I was contacted via email to inform me who would be ringing and when, to arrange a time to look at what my needs were. Appointment was kept and on time Russel introduced himself and listened to me. No pressure good advice and options given price given. Good quality customer care. Date to be fixed for work to progress very pleased so far

First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

We were really happy with the work Shane carried out for us. He stuck to the quote and time the work would cost and take. He arrived on time (even earlier than the time he said he would be with us which was a bonus)! Mr Walker contacted us promptly and his quotation was emailed by the following day. There were a couple of unavoidable delays, but he kept us well-informed of progress. Fitting the new doors was done with meticulous care and adjustment to fit the existing architraves etc. Impressive attention to detail, and the finished job is extremely good. Would certainly use him again when we need similar joinery/carpentry work.

The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.
