I am a an electrician with over 17 years experience. I specialise in domestic, commercial and industrial work, ranging from smaller jobs such as new sockets and lights, to bigger projects such as rewires and fit outs. I completed a City and Guilds apprenticeship when I first started in 2008. I am an inspector and tester so can faultfind, rectify and commission electrical systems.
Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

Worked hard and got my central heating system re-plumbed from plastic to copper efficiently. It now works! System flushed out twice to remove any debris. I was consulted before plasterboard was removed to gain access to pipework. Final cost came out less than the estimate! Some communication issues. I prefer to use email. Some start times slipped because of this, but the work was finished within a very acceptable timeframe. Pleasant, friendly, straightforward guys.

A job that at first sight seemed to be completed well turned into a nightmare. My drive was destroyed, weeds coming through everywhere. We used Oliver when having a new kitchen fitted last week to install down lights in the ceiling, a new oven and sockets. He came and looked at the job and explained all the work required to bring us up to current regulations. His price was very reasonable (middle one of the quotes we had) so we gave him the go ahead. Oliver came and installed new cables and arranged with the kitchen fitter when a convenient time would be once the cabinets were fitted for him to come back and install the oven. We found him to be very polite, punctual and clean in his work. We would have no problem in recommending him to anyone and hope to use him again soon
