The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed. Brian was excellent from start to finish. Very personable and a very neat worker, laying a protective covering over my hall carpet and stairs, which meant no mess on my carpets and floors. John did a great job and from beginning to end was professional, tidy, friendly and happy to answer any questions. Very pleased to have used him to restore 5 sash windows and would recommend him. It is clear he has a passion for what he does and wanted to ensure the job was done properly as opposed to rushing things. The result is properly working windows in keeping with the character of the home.
