Took their time to look in loft to make sure felt didn’t need replacing after identifying lots of cracked tiles once on the roof. Provided photo evidence and gave us a price for replacing them. Tony was fantastic stepping in at short notice after being let down by another tradesman. He replaced our old bathroom suite and put plastic cladding on the walls and ceiling fitted new lino and other jobs that came up.
