Shocking... First attempt to mend leaking gutter was a clearly botched job which would have seen water pouring out in front of my window the first time it rained. Sure enough it did, and they came back to attempt a fix, but only succeeded in moving the drips along, and dislodging the connection to my neighbour's gutter, causing a leak in front of their door. On a job to install a shower, went that extra mile to also fit a support for the shower curtain rail for no extra charge - and the charge for the job-proper was very reasonable too.
