Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

James arrived on time and completed a range of small jobs. Adjusted kitchen cupboards, put up a desk, laid some cushion flooring, put 2 tiles up as a splash back and moved a heavy fire. He was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend BEK property maintenance based on this experience. They were a real help. Thank you.

I am delighted with the work Martyn has done. I wasn't sure exactly what sort of trims I wanted so he brought some samples for me to select from, and even suggested how to finish off the corners of the window reveals. He was prompt, professional and tidy. He saved me money on the tiles as well! I would strongly recommend him, in fact I've asked him to come back and do another little tiling job I have. I had my back lawn replaced with artificial grass and bordered with wooden sleepers. The standard of the work was absolutely first class, better than I imagined it could be TBH. The lads all worked diligently and with minimum disruption or noise and were courteous and polite, I was a little concerned because I have an elderly neighbour who I didn't want to be disturbed by unnecessary noise or bad language, I needn't have worried! On time, worked hard, cracked on, got the job done and tidied up afterwards
