Philip is an absolute gem - lovely guy, arrived quickly and gave us a good review of the situation with pictures and great advice moving forward. Will definitely have him back as and when needed. Tradesman came out to give a quote. Was advised I would be contacted by a painter about the staircase, I never heard from him. Contacted tradesman again, arranged a time in advance to complete job quoted for. Tradesman didn't come back to confirm, job not done.
