We are two Italians, Alberto and Nick, who have many years experience of carrying out home improvements to a high standard in Italy. Nick has worked as a quantity surveyor for more than 20 years and has helped develop many homes and businesses. This was a fiddle of job retrofitting insulation between rafters in a 1930 chalet bungalow. Tricky and uncomfortable work and companies quoted high in response. Lesters quote was a good slice less than others. Lester had a great reference from a previous job and lived up to it in every way. He completed the job on time, within his estimate, and with great attention to detail. He is pleasant, communicates well, knowledgeable and great at discussing the options and little issues, and giving timely advice.
