Within 24hrs of the initial telephone call I had had a visit and received an email quote, the work was carried out on time and the final invoice was reduced to reflect the fact that certain work was not necessary (Mr Millins pointed this out) and the cost was removed from the bill. Would use again and recommend to friends. HGreat find.

kevin responded to my needs promptly, when he came to quote he was very professional gave us good advice. Visited the house, viewed the job, quoted a price and time to do the job. Turned up on time, did a good job and did NOT inflate the cost. Before leaving he left a phone number so he could be contacted to return should there be any problem with his workmanship. A very satisfied customer.

We had a change of plan and decided to have our en suite shower cubicle ripped out and replaced (it was old and leaking). Lee made several suggestions as to style and colour which have worked really well. It looks really great. We were very satisfied with the qualiry of his workmanship, timekeeping and reliability. We will definately use him again hopefully for the bathroom refit originally planned. When visiting three local plumbing/tiling retailers, they all knew Lee and spoke well of him.

Frank and his sons have totally refurbished our house. We are looking forward to moving back into what feels like a new build house. Very pleased that the work was completed on schedule. We had on going discussions on budgets and costs and Frank was always willing to adapt as required. If anyone is looking for a good family business to do a refurb this business is certainly one to consider.

Arrived on time; had all the necessary tools; did the job with no fuss. A small job of installing a parking bollard but with massive benefits for us. Thoroughly great guy and would recommend wholeheartedly.
