George turned up on the job polite friendly and on time, knew his job explained what he would do how long he would take and completed the job in a timely manner. Despite repeated attempts to contact Gerry by phone and email to see when he was coming back to complete the job (he had to order a part) and he had been paid at this point he has never got back to us nor have we received the promised guarantee Very poor service, use this business at your own risk

Done an excellent job of installing new boiler, radiators and pipes. From quote to completion everything went smoothly. Communication was spot on and Scott arranged all the necessary trades to get this job completed in one day. Banter was pretty good too. Would definitely use again.

Alex quoted the job first and completed the job within a couple of days. He gave advice on the direction to take and completed the job even dying the colour of the cement to my ridge. Extremely tidy which is a bug bear with me and I would thoroughingly recommend him to anyone.

Very Happy with the work done guys worked hard and Hugh was Happy to answer any questions I had. Hugh was very knowledgeable and friendly and job was done to a very good standard. I would have no hesitation in hiring him again

Initially looked like a good job. Very pleasant and polite friendly team. Unfortunately the edging added to the roof came off in part. A swift return to repair but didn't last more than a day before it fell off again. After a week of calling, texting, voicemail and email, no response has been received to arrange a revisit to make the works right under the two year warranty provided.

Alfred offered a proper, written quote which was good value. He and his team did the work a few days later. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well afterwards, I was aware my ridge tiles and gable end needed attention and the quote for those were good value and the work was done at the same day. There was no pressure on me to have the work done. My house is nearly 50 years old and nothing has been done to the roof in all that time. I highly recommend Alfred and his team.

Paid tradesman in full, ceiling still to be repaired after poor first attempt, made a mess of second attempt after throwing hissy fit, now not answering emails after agreeing on umpteen occasions to come back and finish to a decent standard. Happy with kitchen, not happy with finish. This has been on going since end of December 2011, in hindsight would have held back part payment but you put your trust in people from this site as they are thoroughly checked.......aren't they ? DO NOT USE THIS MAN !!!

Tradesman came out to look at the job with the promise of giving a quote. Never heard from him again. Might be a one off but I wouldn't waste you time even trying.
