Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. In total 4 ridge tiles were broken, old tiles kept to show us the fault. New tiles in place and look very good. Extra work requested on the conservatory to fix leaks, still waiting to see if this has worked, but feel confident. A very good job done in the required time.

Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.
