The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed. Grant phoned the day I placed the request for a plumber , visited the following day and gave me an assessment of the issue & how he planned to resolve it.
