Ryan and his team did an excellent job in our garden. He'd built a fantastic garden wall and a lovely patio area which my family can really enjoy. Ryan was very flexible with my forever changing ideas, very courteous and left the place looking very tidy. I would highly recommend him and would be happy to have him to do work for us again.

It's great being able to comment on a service you receive from someone particularly when it has been excellent. I/we take this opportunity to say thanks to Patrick at Roof Fix Services on the very professional quality of service he gave when we needed him. After spending weeks trying to find a Carpet Fitter in the Whitley Bay area, and being let down several times, Black Sheep Flooring could not have been more helpful. The job which involved fitting a specialist carpet in commercial premises was completed professionally, quickly and very efficiently. Chris was very polite and courteous. Recommended 100%

I found them to be very hard working. Very pleasant. Offered good advice. Sought and acted on any feedback I gave. I am pleased with the monoblock extension to my driveway. What stood out for me was how important customer service was to them, they showed a positive attitude and had genuine dedication to the job. Would recommend and would use DRM Enterprise again in the future.

I can't recommend Vytautas enough! His level of work and reliability are both extremely high. Having struggled to find good tradesman especially joiners previously, I found Vytautas to be the best I've used and he will be my first contact in the future when needing any work done.

Great service, and communication all along the way. Extremely professional, but still made sure he was doing what I wanted and not would be easier for him, consulting me at each decision. Kevin came with his apprentice,, and made sure that he was teaching Robbie both the technical skills but also the soft skills that will see him well in the future. Left the house cleaner than when it was came in! It may seem a small thing but I always have more trust in a tradesman who turns up in a sign written van.

Martyn's reply was prompt, he was able to service the gas fire at a time convenient to us and he was very knowledgeable. Not only that but he was courteous, friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and certainly will not be calling anyone else for my plumbing needs in the future.
