I needed a quick but complete bathroom refurbishment. After being messed about by 3 other plumbers, Andrei was the only person who seemed interested in the project. He was very thorough and made sure I was happy with the results. He was able to look at every part of the project (Flooring, bath & Toilet installment & tiling), and stuck to the budget and quote that was established.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. We took down ivy from our brick house walls, which left unsightly tendrils that we found impossible to remove. After speaking with Josh at WishyWashy, he offered to do a free test clean. The test was a success, so we hired him to do the lot. The result was amazing - we now have clean house walls that look like new! We couldn't be happier, and would definitely recommend Josh, who, apart from having done a fab job, was friendly, punctual, and treated our property with respect.

I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!

One star as that was the lowest I could choose. Threatened to have us fined as they claimed we accepted a quote they did not give. Left some of our waste on our neighbours property and claimed that we shortchanged them so demanded a further £20.00 Not to be trusted I'm afraid.
