James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. After a few days, coming back to the house, the material bubbled so my floor had small marks. So they either didn't air the material out properly with the rack or they have mixed the material for too long that they introduced too much air in the mixing. Just make sure and remind them not to introduce too much air when mixing the material.

Steve just fitted our carpet in 4 bedrooms and stairs last week, we are highly satified with his job and definitely will use him again and recommend him to anyone need carpet fitting. Steve is a very decent, friendly, and efficient person, and does everything at a very high stabdard. He gave us a very resonable price, which including everything: remove the old carpet, install the new ones, chop the door to make it fit, and discard all the old carpets and underlays... very very pleased with his service!
