Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. I was told a "team" would work on the job but instead he sent an old man who speaks no English making communication hard.The job was slow making it hard for us to use the facilities in the house. He suddenly cancelled an appointment after we had taken the day off at work! He did not protect the paint from dripping on the carpet. When I asked to make a few changes I was told to pay a ridiculous amount more! At the end he left in the middle of the job leaving me with stained carpets, & mess everywhere.

I was extremely impressed with Clayton. He worked very hard and obviously knows his stuff. I brought him in to fix my kitchen floorboards but it soon became apparent that they could not be used.
