From initially coming out to provide the quote to delivering excellent workmanship it's been a pleasure to have Pawel & Iwona work on our kitchen & dining room. Extremely proffessional, made recommendations for a better result, friendly and took pride in their work. Cleaned up as they went along and my rooms look amazing. Would highly recommend.

Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.

On the whole good job and was well priced, beat competitors by hundreds of pounds. Communication was excellent and constantly kept me in touch with updates. Reliable and did what he said he was going to do. There were no hidden extras or deceptions.

The carpet fitters came on the day specified. I paid the price quoted. Every thing went to plan. The carpet fitters did an excellent job. I would definitely use this company again.

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

This person was very confrontational about the work I wanted doing was very arsey he did not turn up when he said he came a day after I would not recommended him as he made me feel very uncomfortable in my own house with his attitude.

Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

I employed Matt to install a new bathroom. I was very disappointed in the finishing of the tiling (uneven, rough grouting, chipped tiles). The sink was installed after the tiles were fitted therefore the sink was not plumb - silicone was used to fill the large gap between sink and tiles - messy! Nice lads, but poor workmanship.

Unreliable. On two occasions did not turn up. First time I chased and told me his boiler had broken. Second time did not answer my calls. Do not use.
