He was on time and kept me informed of the progress throughout. We were so impressed we invited him back to do our kitchen, which we were equally impressed with. He even came back the following day and plaster a separate area free of charge! Totally unexpected. A very happy customer. Cannot recommend enough. A good guy all round.

Over the last 3 years i have been working on train sidings refurbishment in manchester and new build house and been on checkatrade, but back on rated people again now.

We found a leak behind the washing machine and went on to Rated People .com. Ian was the first to call.We were so relieved he came the next day. He was very polite, professional and reassuring, also very patient as we had just moved in and did not know where the stop cock etc was yet.He also took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Next is a new bathroom suite and Ian is the man for the job.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....
