Robbie has now completed 2 jobs for me; roofing membrane on a large flat roof and a 50sm raised decking area on sloping ground. The work completed was of excellent quality. He is exceptionally diligent, trustworthy and his work is to a high standard. Both jobs were done on time and to budget. I would highly recommend Robbie and not only do we look forward to using his services again but have already recommended him to our friends.

I wish to thank 'Rated People' for providing me with such outstanding people as Ben and Nathan. Not only were they a delight to have around the house, but their attention to detail and superb finish, exceeded my expectations. It is rare these days, to find such young guys who pride themselves on perfection. They're a great team and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering tiling or re-tiling. Jacob is very polite and reliable and did good job for me three times now plus kindly fitting me in on short notice when needed lawn cut urgently. His charges are fair and great value for money and everything was taken away and left tidy.....great gardener!

Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Delighted with Brian - he got stuck in traffic but kept me posted as to where he was. Quoted a really good price which was half I was expecting so met him in the middle. Will definitely get him back again for a bigger job when budget permits.

A difficult job in a very old building. Plenty of communication prior to fitting of non-standard door and frame. Work carried-out to instructions. Will use again. Highly recommended.

Shortly after finishing our renovation the floor began to lift, after a 2-year battle and almost court they admitted it was a fitting fault. Not ideal for a 12k job. Now our sink has fallen in, turns out he has used the world's smallest bit of wood and some sealant to fix it to the underside of our granite worktops rather than correctly fitting it using the fixings on the actual sink. Add to this, gaps between drawers and misaligned cupboards and you get the idea.

We have found drainage problems which the insurance company will not honour due to incorrect installation during this project. This has cost us dearly.
