A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. All in all, great value for money. My mum was very happy with the work ethic and outcome. If she’s happy so I was very happy. We’ll definitely be calling them back in at a later date.

My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.
Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

External Render:- Steve worked under very difficult conditions but remained calm and focused. The old render was removed carefully and meticulously before the base layer was applied. I am a time served 30 year plus ceramic tiler & bathroom fitter, experienced in bathroom fitting , wet rooms all aspects of tiling from a splash back to swimming pools, member of IKBBI, CRB checked, my builder member, please google me, public liability 2 million. All carpets fully protected, generally a bathroom fit will take 6/9 days I do not leave and go to other jobs, you will not be left with out a toilet. I also fit shower pumps digital showers and what ever needs to be pumped in a bathroom, including power showers, Water storage tanks upgraded to required water supply, I will turn most rooms / bedroom’s and cupboards into a working clk room or bathroom, door ways removed and built, all rubbish removed if required.
I used this tradesman because of his good feedback. I was very pleased with tiling and fitting of the units but his plumbing obviously left a lot to be desired. He didn't finish the job and left me with a problem with the tap, this could have been sorted if he had known what he was doing. He came back to try and sort it and said he would be back the following week but never appeared. I have since had a reputable plumber in to finish the work which turned to be more than just the tap!!
