Bill was excellent! He came out quickly and gave me a quote right away. We discussed the different options as we had to fix someone else’s shoddy work and came to a solution. I found Steven very helpful. He patiently explained my options to me regarding preserving my current door and subsequently saved me a lot of money over the potential cost of buying and fitting a new one. The work was carried out to a high standard and my tenants are really happy with the finished job. I also appreciated Steven fitting me in during his busy schedule. Very easy to deal with. Came to assess the job, advised on different options and provided a competitive quotation very quickly. Robert and his team started and finished the job within agreed timescales and left the site tidy at the end of each day. We are delighted with the quality of the workmanship and the finished job. Brian & Shaun did a excellent job in our bathroom, Very friendly professional & helpful from start to finish on the refurbishment of our bathroom. I am so happy they advised about repositioning toilet & moving basin it looks really great now. They done a brilliant job and paid attention to all details superbly. Luke (Boam) is a highly skilled worker with stone who has great vision and a perfectionist approach. He designed and built our water feature and was not happy until everything was 'right' aesthetically and functioning perfectly, regardless of time and cost to himself - he stuck by his very reasonable quotation, despite spending much longer on the project than he originally planned. I have no hesitation in recommending Luke and The Promised Landscapes, especially in the building of water features
