Aaron ordered the parts, and an additional switch I asked him to, and then came and did an excellent job moving things around and putting them in the box, connecting a server, routing the utp cables, in trunking, ... Matt and his colleagues (Phil and Dave) were very friendly and professional. An initial quote was given on the phone and then a site visit to discuss options and needs. We had the pyronix enforcer system installed within a week of posting. They were reliable, informative and cleaned up after the job. Mark fixed a storage heater for me, he wanted to be paid in cash. I asked him to bring an invoice / receipt with him. He didn't. He promised me he'd send one when he got home. I have asked him on 4 separate occasions to provide me with a receipt for the work and have been promised one on each occasion. If you do need a receipt, I would suggest not using this electrician, other than that he did do the work for the money quoted.

IA home improvements were very helpful and well priced. They turned up early and started work immediately. The concrete slab was poured on the same day after breaking out the old concrete. Unfortunately, it rained late in the afternoon and the slab started to get pit marks so I contacted IA and he was back a few hours later to smooth the slab out again. Very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again.
