This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. However, having chosen 1st choice as my preferred supplier over others that got in contact I am confident that I my decision was fully justified. Good quality finsh with Valburn being something of a perfectionist in getting everything right. He wasn't rushed by time just wanted to do it properly. Highly recommended

Found Grabiel on rated people and was apprehensive at first as there were no reviews, but there was no need to worry . Turned up in time, did what was asked and cleaned up after himself when finished. Cut two oak work tops and routered the hole for a Belfast sink. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend .very reasonably priced.

Easy to arrange the initial visit even on a weekend. Arrived early but apologised. Instantly quoted for the job with different options and explained each of them very well. Was able to carry out the repair job there and then and even tidy up some loose/redundant cables too. Would definitely use again if anything else crops up in the future.

Quality workmanship from start to finish by Sergio and his team. The guys were very helpful and obliging to all that was asked. Sergio is very knowledgeable and was always on hand to provide advice and let us know the next steps on the job. We have decided to get Sergio to do the other bathroom as well

Mr homan has conducted a number of jobs for me His work is immaculate and conducted to a very high level This is not a tradesman who will take your money and rush the job he is far more interested in completing the job well and I therefore rate him extremely highly. Shaun is extremely knowledgeable and came up with a fantastic solution for us. He is professional, great with communication and when our job spec changed, it was not a problem.
