We had Bernie come and look at the task, he was friendly and polite. He took his time when looking around - not in a bad way - but to ensure his quote was accurate. His price was very competitive and we decided to go ahead. He's done a great job and cleaned up after himself. He has a lot of knowledge and was able to complete the work under the agreed time. Rare you find a tradesman like Bernie - couldn't recommend him enough.

However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! Asked £75 to change a fuse, didn't have a fuse with him and connected door telephone wire I thought he will give us a quote first. He asked £75 and said that's going rate. After some heated conversation settled for £40. Won't recommend. I ended up fixing the problem, then realised new telephone only costs £25.
