Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

Nicholae was quick to respond and gave me an exact quote for the job. He was very clear and precise from the start and discussed what needs to be done. He gave good ideas and suggestions. He was very particular about what job needs to be done and what was agreed for the quote given so there was no misunderstanding later.
