Matt and his colleagues (Phil and Dave) were very friendly and professional. An initial quote was given on the phone and then a site visit to discuss options and needs. We had the pyronix enforcer system installed within a week of posting. They were reliable, informative and cleaned up after the job. Matt was very patient in explaining the system and the options and explained they try to source products locally. The service felt personal and was made to feel like a valued customer. Would recommend them.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Very pleased with the service that we received. He arrived promptly and was efficient. Very polite and curteous would happily recommend. It was also a Bank Holiday and this did not deter him from coming out so we were very pleased and the fault was rectified.
