The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

Justin completed the work on time and on budget. The job presented some challenges as the equipment we bought had a defect. Justin solved this with patience and care. Rob did a great job for us - he and his team were reliable, quick, and good fun on site, and the work sailed through its Building Control inspection. Rob made sure we were happy with everything, and we would definitely use his services again in future.

Scott did an excellent job and I would gladly recommend him. He was courteous and, despite travelling quite a long way to get to the job, impeccably punctual for the initial visit and on the two days that the work took to complete. He is very well qualified, his workmanship excellent and he left the site very neat and tidy. Overall - first class.
