Paul was hired to lay a brick fence and do front garden tiling. Three days later the columns collapsed. He returned and re-laid the piers, but one of them is still wobbly and needs repair. Tiles in the front garden were laid very carelessly and unprofessionally, some of them have come off, grouting was not done at all. All construction waste was left uncollected and the site after his work was left uncleaned. Got paid in full Paul GONE OFF and despite his promises he never came back to fix it.

Available to do the job quickly, arrived at agreed time. Consulted at regular intervals to ensure progress was as required. Didn’t pressure into doing extra jobs for more money (not always the case). Absolutely fantastic service. We had cracks in our two main bedrooms, hallways and living room that needed repairing whilst we were living in the house with a baby and small child. Tilly got three men on the job to get it all completed asap. The team worked flat out without breaks and got done in 2.5 days (Tilly quoted aprox 3 days). They did over and above what I’d asked them to painting areas they hadn’t even replastered to make the hose look fresh. Tilly quoted & charged very reasonably too.
