Ali was very quick to call & arrange a visit. This happened within the hour. The job was to fix the hole in the roof where 2 slates had slipped down into the gutter. We actually supplied the 2 ladders required but the 2 chaps sorted out the problem on this visit. They also secured a couple of other tiles as well & left the area clean & tidy. Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss.
