MWE Builders removed our old garage, re built a new larger block construction garage, and we are very pleased with all of the work completed. Throughout the build we were kept informed of every stage, Matt was on site every day, even through some horrible wet weather. the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Dan did a fantastic job fitting our Ikea kitchen worktops. He was very friendly, his work was excellent and his quote was very reasonable indeed. We would highly recommend him and would happily get him to do work for us again.

Lee did an excellent job - he rendered the back of our house and did some internal plastering, as well as sorting out some problems with guttering and a leaking chimney. He was reliable and kept us informed throughout the work. He also did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work was completed.

Sam built the brick and block walls and roof for our 40m2 first floor extension. The first thing he did was point out that a previous builder we had in had used the wrong bricks, then he found us the right ones. A good start. Always quiet, considerate, unflustered and a good choice of music. Very good at cleaning up afterwards. Brickwork is excellent: the window fitters commented on the accuracy of the openings. The price was good and was as quoted, so no nasty surprises. Highly recommended.

Loui has done an excellent job transforming our kitchen into our favourite room of the house. Loui is helpful, reliable, on time, friendly and tidy. He and the other tradespeople delivered high quality work and worked to the budget and timeline we agreed. I can highly recommend Loui and look forward to working with him again in the near future

Graham from start to finish carries out a very efficient and professional job. Popped out to quote and explain the work that needed to be done and then carried out the work in good time. Worktop was transformed back to new and looks stunning. Graham protected all surfaces throughout to avoid any damage and dust and tidied up perfectly afterwards. A fantastic job. Nice guy too!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Jeff Payne of South West Stone to anyone. Mr Payne was punctual. Mr Payne was a pleasure to have working at my home. The bonus was that he thoroughly cleaned up any mess he made which was indeed minimal! Nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely helpful. The work done appears to be all I wanted. Overall I am very pleased.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work
