Excellent! Tony was friendly, helpful and conscientious. It was clear from our discussions that he was most knowledgeable. Tony communicated with me regularly to make sure I was happy with everything and was apprised of progress. I was apprehensive at first before making my first enquiries to get my job done as I haven’t done this kind of thing before. I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. I even needed some changes to the job which was handled just as well. I will be using them in the future.

Tony refurbished our bathroom with wet wall, a shower screen and a new front of bath. He was very quick in coming out to see the bathroom and gave us a decent price for the work, once accepted he came to complete the work quickly and professionally. He was fantastic, it was completed to a very high standard, when any problems came up with the materials provided he was quick to think around the problems and not let it halt the work, we will definitely use him again!

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Julian and his team were the best building experience we have ever had ---without doubt. Julian is incredibly friendly and helpful working with us closely throughout the build to check we were kept in the picture, happy satisfied and on budget. Julian's team of workers were the most friendly and hard working we have ever experienced, always ready to meet our requests. We are delighted with the quality end result and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family alike. 5 stars all round!

Vince did some work for my dad who suffers with dementia. Vince was so helpful and professional in everything he did and his work was of a very high standard. He treated my dad so well and was very patient. He quoted for the job and within a couple of days it was done. Will most definitely use Vince again and would highly recommend.
