Charged £140 for a job I've told everyone other companies should be £60. Supposed to be fixing a leak and instead caused 2 more. Wanted to charge a further £60 to fix a problem they created. Very disappointed and dishearten

Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. These guys were very quick to respond to the ad, and were able to come to have a look-see and do the job rapidly as well. They needed to come back the next day with a longer ladder, but on arrival it was 20 mins to get the ladders in, get up onto the roof, do the 10 minute job, clear up, get paid (card machine) and leave. With some chatting with me in between too. Very pleasant guys indeed. They came from Glasgow to Stirling to do what they knew would most likely be a 10 minute job. Very professional indeed

Foolishly I completed payment before the job was completed. They promised great things - to remove all rubbish, not done; seven year guarantee - well I do not suppose that is worth the paper it is written on!

Very disappointed with the work. Since then, the roof has leaked on four separate occasions within 20 days, despite your guarantee of a 20-year lifespan. I had to find another team to rework the entire roof and pay the same price again.
