Tom did a great job, helped us make some good decisions on design and came up with the sketches for our job as well. Top notch to deal with, accurate information all the time and very reliable. within 5 minutes of my advert going live L&P roofers & builders telephoned to say that they can come round within the hour & fix the leaks today. Quoted £550, job completed in half an hour. Next day the heavens opened & found the roof still leaking & pouring in from the top of the windows. Contacted L&P same day but no one was picking up!! Monday I received a text from Luke saying he had a bad signal where he was at & best to text him instead, email, texts no reply

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

The job is not finished . The person to come Friday but he did not come and he did not even contact me to tell the reason he did not come . Even though he has not yet finished the job I have already paid him full. I also feel the job was not well done.
