AW Home and Garden expressed an interest in doing work on our guttering and downspout and replacing a post for our washing line After a conversation with them we agreed a date and cost for the work. They arrived at the agreed time and asked about the job to ensure that they understood exactly what we wanted. Throughout the work they showed great consideration for us and our property. Good job done, no mention of extra charge despite job taking longer than anticipated. Cleaned up after himself and stayed until 7.20 to get the job done same day. Came a day later than initially agreed but wasn't a problem at our end and he gave me a text to let me know well in advance that he had been delayed at a previous job.

As a disabled pensioner I was unable to keep up the maintenance on my garden which was overgrown. Was very impressed with Albert, he was friendly and reliable, and did a good job including cutting back and removing some shrubs and taking away the waste. The garden looks much tidier and easier to manage now.
