Hung up on me when i asked how long he would be Sent a text saying i was on drugs for some bizzarre reason when I told him he was an hour late and we needed to leave the house my partner needed to go to the chemist to get his insulin so he didnt die. Arrived on time and did what we wanted done (loft ladder). Was pleasant and polite observing current Covid rules. We have arranged for him to come back and do various other jobs.

I would highly recommend mcainally roofline services. I was very happy with the work that was carried out. My experience of them was very straightforward and they did exactly what they said there were going to do. They were professional, reliable and I also found them very personable. They went out of there way to be helpful and did a few extra small jobs like painting the doors free of charge when only the walls were quoted for. I would definitely use them again.
