"Unprepared" is how I describe this company. 1st, James didn't even have a pen to write the the job sheet. 2nd, Neither did he have one the next day to add the extra work that he persuaded me needed doing. 3rd, the scaffholders had no means of securing the ladder at the top, and so "borrowed" a bungy from me. 4th, they had no knives to cut the liner. Another "borrow", this time a stanly knife. 5th, - this review doesn't allow enough characters. My advice is don't use this company of unskilled "roofers"

From Start to finish Steve has been brilliant. He sent pictures of the work that needed to be done. Then kept us updated with the progress of the work until it was completed. All the work was completed to a high standard and it's obvious Steve takes pride in his work. we are really pleased with the work he's done. We've just agreed for Steve to do more work on our house. Job was well done but promised an unwritten gaurantee and all I've got to show for it is a number to call if there are any issues! Not what was agreed which is a shame. Can't give a potential buyer of my house a phone number in a year to prove the roof is new!

Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price.
