I found Matthew to be very honest and trustworthy ,he explained what needed doing without trying to fob me off with some tall stories ,he was clean and tidy at all times ,very polite ,not afraid of hard work ,in fact one very cold night he was still working in the dark to make sure everything was working ok ,I would highly recommend Matthew to anybody ,in fact I have told all my many friends about him and his clean and tidy work ,excellient work,very reliable ,very good value. Very nice work, prompt and as quoted. It was necessary to access a neighbour's property to do this work, and she was also impressed and pleased with the tidy way in which everything was left. Would recommend.

G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

Came the next day and fixed the leak for me. Done a thorough job and also cleared out the gutters for no additional cost. I am very happy with the service and also sent me photo updates throughout. Would highly recommend.

Alwyn Thomas undertook the work of rendering my back wall. The job was done efficently and I believe to a high standard. Alwyn explained the process to me very helpfully and managed to achieve the job within our agreed budget. I recommend him highly and indeed expect that he will undetkae further work for me in the near future.

Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.
