Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.

Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Steve took our fireplace ideas and made them into exactly what we wanted. Professional and polite throughout, he worked hard to get the job done. Trustworthy enough to leave with a key to our house whilst we were at work, and kept us up to date with what he had done and what he had left to do. Obviously takes pride in his work and would 110% recommend him to anyone, and will use him again when we need other work doing. Top bloke! Thanks Steve.
