I have been working in London since 2007, in those 16 years I have done plastering, wooden flooring, wooden fencing, ceilings and much more. I am new to Rated People, however I have the experience and can provide reference for previous work upon request.
Vasile did a great job of plater boarding and plastering my bathroom ceiling. He's a brilliant builder and plasterer, really kind, down to Earth, tidy, honest and genuine. I'd definitely recommend him to others and I'd definitely use him in the future for future work.

The lads were absolutely fantastic, went the extra mile to maintain my front and back garden the work was substantial. Was quoted a higher price for the job to be done, promised the job will be guararanted and as I was worried about the leak could get worse especially with the weather forecast getting worse and the bank holiday weekend, I had no choice but to agree for the job to be carried out. After completing the job I paid part cash and part bank transfer. I was promised an invoice a d guarantee by email. Despite contacting them I haven't received the written guarantee nor the invoice for the job not even a reply!

Good on communication and arranging job date/time, plus quote sent promptly. Unfortunately downhill after, job done quickly and of poor quality. Materials used were not as per his quote, eg new replacement like for like tile was actually an old non matching one. There's more but I think you get the gist.

Jeff rang about my job within 30 minutes of submission. We sent him digital photographs of the site via the internet and he gave a reasonable quote which he stuck to. He was able to come to our house to do the job within 2 days. He did the whole job in one morning. Jeff was very professional and courteous. The retaining wall is exactly what we wanted. I've never seen or used this "Rated People" but I will definitely use it again. I would thoroughly recommend Jeff.
