Adam was brilliant, he did his best to sort out our carpet runner which was botched by an inexperienced carpet fitter who claimed to know what he was doing. The previous fitter intentionally left the winding part of the stairs, claiming to have suddenly fallen ill. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride.
