As we were very badly let down by Palace roofing who sent a contractor who was lazy, left two huge holes in our roof. He left and didn't return. 4 texts, voicemails to Palace were left unprotected from the weather overnight. Fortunately Joe Evans from Hardware Roofing contacted us and came here 9.30am. we explained the position and he stayed and worked very hard and finished the bad workmanship from Matt from Palace roofing. I would add that late last night Miles from Palace sent text he is in hospital.

Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

Tim came to take out a rotten wooden lintel and replace it with concrete ones and did a great job. When he came to quote for the job he was the only builder to take a proper look, in fact he stayed quite a while explaining exactly what was needed and why. He even took videos to show me what he had removed on the first day as I was at work. Tim put in long days so he didn't go over the two days agreed for the job, staying until 7pm one day! Really pleased with the work done, and he's a really nice guy.

The flat roof made into a sloping roof with a sliding door and velux window has transferred the newly fitted kitchen which was installed. They did above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.
Dean was knowledgeable and suggested different solutions - quoted each with relevant pricing , giving us the option to choose. Communication was excellent - Dean informed us in advance of each step of the job , which was done efficiently and quickly. All in all a first class job .
