This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. I am really pleased with every aspect of John's work. From start to finish he has been professional, honest and approachable. I had a few quotes for my job and picked John as he seemed the most competent and was happy to talk through all the options. He also came in at a very competitive rate which helps! He always arrived on time and insisted of clearing away each night. All of his team also worked to a high standard. My job had it's challenges but John has the experience and skills to overcome anything!
David Rutter, the MD, was extremely co-operative and presented a quotation which was a model of clarity. The work, on an old and awkward roof was difficult, but he persisted, by extending his planned time at no extra charge and fixed the leaks, etc., very satisfactorily.
