CM Groundwork and Development did an excellent job clearing 4 cu m of household and garden waste and leaving the site immaculate; all completed within 48 hours of being hired. It took 3 weeks and 29 texts to get the signed Waste Transfer Note confirming compliance with Reg 12 of Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011. I'd be happy to use them again particularly if the supply of necessary paperwork improved.

Mike and his team are really lovely people, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of comments from people passing and neighbours on how impressed they are with the speed of construction and the final results. Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
