The gardeners worked very hard with only breaks for lunch and tea breaks. Very friendly and considerate. The garden is superb and everything we wanted. We were consulted all the way through. We cannot fault this company and would highly recommend them.

I posted the job hoping to get a quick response. Hall and son contacted me promptly, attended to quote for the work. Provided the written quote and were able to do the work very quickly. We were very happy with all of the tradespeople, and communication with the office was outstanding. They were all polite, hard working and the jobs were completed to very high standards. I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

We could not be happier with our new wall - it has totally transformed the look of our garden, and made it much safer and more secure. Sam and Luke were excellent from start to finish: arriving promptly on the days arranged, working tidily and efficiently, as well as being very patient and clear when answering all our queries. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others, and have already asked them to provide a quotation for further work.

It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

We were hugely impressed by Courtney and his team. Everything came out on budget, and they were fast, reliable, and left the house clean and in order each day. Very nice people to work with, and can't recommend them highly enough. We are using his team again for an additional extension.

Dan from Turner Design and build was very helpful in determining and quoting for the work to be done. The job was started as agreed and Dan and his team were all helpful, polite and very cheerful. The job was completed on time and to a very good standard. I would certainly be prepared to hire again.
