Sylvester arranged and managed the refitting of my kitchen - plastering, plumbing, cabinets, tiling. Even Replacing joists and floorboards (I had a wood worm problem). We could not be happier with the result and Sylvesters accommodating attitude towards much unexpected/unplanned work all carried out within quoted timeframe. Could not rate him higher! As an electrician he refitted a few of our lights and provided a valid certificate for all work done. Very professional and tidy.

Frank and his team were professional and efficient throughout. He made interesting suggestions to the design at the outset. They arrived to start the job when agreed and explained how the tasks would be completed. All work was carried out to a high standard, and it was noticeable how organised and tidy they were. Sidney was really great, he had to redo a lot of work not done properly by the previous builder, also from Rated People. I have had to pay out twice for the job to be finished. Sidney tuned the job around and put the flat forward towards letting.

We decided to contract Hugh to replaster the front room in our normal sized and quite dated terraced house. After giving us a very reasonable quote the job then turned out to be far more difficult than we all first thought, but the end price was still extremely reasonable given the work that had to be done. The end result and work quality is top notch, Hugh is a real professional and totally trustworthy. We will be employing him again for the rest of our house.
