Tips for future: Please do not go over dirty silicone with new ones without cleaning or removing the old ones. In future always provide your customers with a written quotation specifying the work. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now.
